Help

How to set up

Everything you need to go from a new account to a live WhatsApp booking assistant.

1. Register

A 4-step form: Business (org name, mobile number, plan/package) → Billing (legal name, registration/tax/SST numbers, billing contact) → Address → PIN (create + confirm a 6-digit business login PIN). Submitting creates your account and its dedicated WhatsApp instance in the background.

2. Sign in

Use your billing email and 6-digit PIN. Forgot your PIN? Use "Forgot PIN?" on the sign-in screen — it emails you a reset link at your billing email.

3. Set up your practitioner or resource

In Settings: name, operating hours, services + prices, and booking notes. Google Calendar exceptions (leave, walk-ins, lunch) block out automatically via FreeBusy once Calendar is connected in the next step.

4. Connect Calendar and WhatsApp

Open the Setup guide tab above: one "Connect Google" button covers both Calendar and Sheets in a single consent screen, and WhatsApp links with an 8-character code — no QR scan needed, so it can be set up remotely without a camera pointed at the business's own phone.

5. Portal only: design your booking sheet

On the Pricing screen, each bookable item (e.g. "Stadium A", a badminton court) gets its own section in your Google Sheet: day or hour booking mode, price, optional deposit, operating hours, and per-item terms & FAQ. Once set up, a public no-login page lets customers book that item directly, and the same booking works through WhatsApp too.

6. You're live

The app confirms Calendar access, WhatsApp connection, package status, services, and operating hours in the Setup guide tab — the WhatsApp booking assistant only activates once all of those checks pass.
